Help with Select Lender Page

From the Select Lender page you need to select the lender that has provided the funding for the mortgage that is to be discharged. In most cases this is the bank who supplies your client with their bank statement

1. To select the lender take the following steps

• Type part of the lender name into the box next to the search button and select Search
• A set of results will be shown below which meet your criteria
• Each result will have the word Select next to it
• Click Select against the lender you wish to send the discharge to

Note the Mortgagees AMP Home Loans Limited and New Zealand Home Lending Limited are all associated with the Lender Kiwibank - Residential Home Loans

2. To move to the next page of the wizard and continue processing your discharge click Next

Hints

• If the search does not return the results you were expecting reduce the amount of text you put in the criteria box. For example if you are searching for Kiwibank - Residential Home Loans, rather than searching for Kiwibank Limited reduce your search to Kiwi
• Before you start your discharge we recommend that you complete a title search. If as a result of the title search you know the mortgagee associated with the mortgage but do not know the lender associated with the mortgage you can use the Tools page to help you. Select the Tools option at the top right of the screen.
